The trustees of Porlock Recreation Ground have asked us to share details of their Annual Community Meeting (ACM). The meeting will be held on Tuesday 21st April 2026 at 6.30pm in the Pavilion at the Recreation Ground, Parsons Street, TA24 8QJ.

The charity are looking for new trustees to join them at the ACM. Nominees will be eligible for election subject to approval by Porlock Parish Council.

Details of the nominations and election process (which may vary depending upon the number of nominations) will be provided at the meeting. Prospective trustees to apply to the Secretary for a nomination form, which can be posted or scanned and emailed to arrive no later than 5pm on Tuesday 31st March 2025.
